Freedom Fast Friday — Prayer that breaks chains. Faith that sets free.

Freedom-Fast-Friday

You are not standing alone

Freedom-Fast-Friday is a call to experience every freedom that God has already provided. Whether you are seeking personal freedom, healing, freedom from addiction, abuse, anxiety, or depression — or standing in faith for a loved one who is incarcerated — you are not standing alone.

Every Friday we fast together. Rooted in Isaiah 58:6–8, where God promises that when His people fast for the oppressed, healing quickly appears. The chains break. The yokes are destroyed. Light breaks through. We are here to pray and fast with you. Our hope is in God alone.

Our God Is a Good God

We Believe

Vision

Freedom for people with life sentences, who have been redeemed and transformed. God says: “Let My People Go.”

Mission

Uniting and rallying the Church to rise up for those God commands us to help — “those that are in bonds, as bound with them.” Hebrews 13:3

What We Do

  • Remind the Church they have the God-given power and responsibility to drive this change.
  • Recruit and equip volunteers for the battlefield.
  • Host church events, conferences, and workshops on mass incarceration and what Scripture says.
  • Give families a voice and a platform to share their story and receive prayer.
  • Help people who were formerly incarcerated begin their own business.

Battle Call

We Are Praying For

Freedom-Fast-Friday is a day of prayer, fasting, and petition.

  1. Those who are incarcerated.
  2. Families and loved ones of the incarcerated.
  3. The government to end mass incarceration.
  4. Incentivized parole for those who have met the criteria — especially life sentences.
  5. Protection, peace, healing, and restoration for all involved: inmates, families, victims, facility staff, and society's mindset.
  6. God to bind every stronghold and cast it far from you — so you may walk in true freedom.

How It Started

Founders

Angelo & Jody Pearson II, founders of Freedom-Fast-Friday, met in 2015. In love, they have grown spiritually and seen God work many miracles. Through them, God has helped many people overcome challenges and navigate life's hardest situations.

“Angelo is currently serving a life sentence — but we believe God has a different future planned.
